How do I know if a sensor is connected?

The mobile and web application shows the last time the SimpleSENCE^® sensor communicated with our systems. You can test a sensor by holding your fingers on both ends of the metal contacts for 10 seconds to trigger the alarm and send a notification to the contact list. As long as you receive the "Leak Detected" notification, you can be sure your sensor is connected.

Additionally, if a SimpleSENCE^® sensor does not communicate with our systems for an extended period, you will be notified by a Device Offline Alert per your contact preferences.
