Leak Detected - sent when one of your sensors has detected a leak.
Leak Resolved - after a leak is detected, this message is sent when the sensor becomes dry again.
Freeze Detected - sent when a sensor detects a temperature drop below 38 Degrees (Fahrenheit).
Freeze Resolved - sent after a Freeze Detected Alert once the temperature has moved back above 42 Degrees (Fahrenheit).
Device Offline Alert - sent when our system detects that one of your sensors has not communicated within the last 96 hours. This usually means the sensor in question is having trouble connecting to your WIFI network to send messages. In some cases, it could also indicate that the sensor’s batteries have died, or it was damaged in a leak. The sensor will come back online automatically as soon as it can connect to WIFI again.
Device Back Online Alert - sent when a sensor comes back online again after being offline. If a sensor was offline for the past few days, for example, then this alert gets triggered the next time the sensor successfully connects to WIFI and sends a message to our systems.
Low Battery Alert - sent when your sensor’s battery level drops lower than 20%. You may receive multiple low battery alerts depending on how quickly you replace the battery. Low battery alerts are sent at 20%, 15%, 10%, and 5% battery.
