The details and credentials you enter when creating your new account will automatically be used to create the Owner's user profile. There is only one Owner allowed per account, and this profile has full access and control for the entire account. They can perform any actions that a Staff or Admin user can perform, without the same restrictions.
The Owner is primarily responsible for billing and managing core account settings. If multiple people need to use the account, then it is strongly recommended that you do not share the Owner profile or credentials, and instead create an Admin user profile that they can share.
- Full access to all sensors in all areas, with creating, installing, and editing capabilities
- Ability to create and manage all users and contacts within the account
- Control account-wide settings and manage billing
- Deactivate the entire account and all its sensors
