Note: the information in this article applies only to the Enterprise system, which is a paid service. The features mentioned here are currently not available for non-enterprise users.
You can add or edit contacts for a sensor any time after the sensor has been created or installed. This can be done via the Web Console or Mobile App.
- Open the "Sensors" page
- Select the contacts icon (
) for one of your sensors
- At the top of the the side panel select "Not Assigned"
- Scroll or search through available contacts, and press plus icon (
) to add the contacts you want
- Click the "Assigned" button at the top whenever you are done and make sure everyone you need is there (the minus icon (
) in this view will remove the contact from the sensor's list)
